Ever since I stopped eating dairy and gluten it has helped my skin clear up, reduce inflammation, and I feel in a better mood. It has made me make BIG changes to what I eat as well as educating myself on what healthier options are out there. I recently found out that I have a dairy and gluten tolerance. Part of feeling good lately is not just getting my mental health back on track, but also focusing on my wellness which includes my diet and exercise. There is no better feeling when you feel good and it shows.
